nick is a photographer and (all though he hates the label) filmmaker. working in industry, nick has developed a keen eye to make beautiful frames from slightly less beautiful frames, manipulating light by setting stands anywhere a stand may be set. focusing on camera work nick has set out on creating narratives that capture his unique “style” and what some people like to call “humour”, while learning from some real professionals just how to make a story. over the years nick has grabbed coffee for almost everyone he’s worked with, secretly working his way up to director of photography (knock on wood) and finding his storytelling style. today nick shoots stills and video to fulfill his creative dreams while pushing himself to work on bigger and badder sets, touching more and more expensive gear as he does so.
